Maggie Sandford

Raised by actors like some children are raised by wolves, Maggie is happy to be back in entertainment after several years with the Science Museum of Minnesota, where she researched how humans learn about science (hint: entertainment helps). A Seattle native, reformed New York City sketch comedian, and proud Saint Paul convert, she writes about science for magazines, writes comedy and fiction for other magazines, and has produced and performed in screen, radio, live, and digital media projects around the globe. Talk to her any time about the intersection of science and art, equitable access to education, and whales. She’s way too into whales.
