The holidays get deliciously over-the-top in Macy’s Thanksgiving Cake Spectacular, a Food Network event where cake artists transform the magic of the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade into edible works of art. Hosted the first year by Martha Stewart in “Let’s Talk Turkey” and the second year, Maureen McCormick in “Cakes on Parade,” each special features four top bakers competing to reimagine iconic floats and balloons in cake form. $25,000 and sweet bragging rights are on the line.
